Dr Chris Cates is a GP in Hertfordshire and a reviewer and editor with the Cochrane Airways Group. His site contains a wealth of resources about practicing Evidence Based Medicine. A particularly useful feature is an online tool which lets you produce ‘smiley face’ Cates’ charts to help explain the benefits and risks of treatment to patients.
